Imarra is a Rashemi wizard (or witch) on her dajemma, a coming of age ritual where they travel extensively to gain worldly knowledge.

Background: Hailing from the far eastern lands of Rashemi, Imarra grew up in a small village near Immilmar. Her parents were simple people, fishing in Lake Ashane and farming the harsh land. Already at a young age she had to help her parents, like all other children were expected to. But Imarra had potential for magic and was taken in with other promising kids to be trained in the magical arts.

Living so near to a metropolitan city like Immilmar, Imarra had seen a fragment of the rest of the world close-by. And when her childhood friend Borigar set out on his Dajemma, leaving Rashemen to learn about the world, Imarra had the wish to see the world too. Despite the Dajemma being a tradition for young men to come of age, Imarra was not the first girl asking for it. Joining with some other Ethran, Imarra set out to learn of the world and report their findings.

Appearance: Imarra is a young adult with tanned skin and dark hair. Used to doing basic work she is a bit sturdier and stronger than some might expect from her girlish frame at first. Having seen both exhaustingly hot and clammering cold seasons in Rashemen, she has clothes to mix for different temperatures, even if they don't fit together fashionably. Her shoulder length hair is somewhat different from most Rashemi, something she tries to hide by braiding it back and doesn't like to talk about.

Personality: Growing up in a region where survival and strength were highly valued, Imarra has an interest for fishing, hunting and farming. Despite being magically trained she tries to follow the Hathran's teachings of not relying too much on magical arts to help. She doesn't think of it as presenting magic unreliable or uncapable, but knowing about dead- and wild-magic zones from her teachers made it clear for her how important basic skills were.
Imarra is aware how other regions and cultures have different norms and traditions, yet she can't really seem to let her prejudices go, like being cautious around people with short hair and seeing men that aren't hunks of muscle as boys.

Her mother Yuldra and her father Faumar were both berserkers of the Wolf's Lodge. They had hoped their daughter would inherit the same rage they had, but it turned out not to be the case. However when Midnight became the new goddess of magic and made spellcasting safe again, the Wychlaran came to test the children for magical aptitude.

While Borigar was happy that she had the chance to become someone important for the whole of Rashemen, he had a hard time dealing with the loss of an important friend himself. In Imarra's place her parents were given another girl, Fyerra, an orphan from another village that was destroyed by ice-trolls. She had the gift of the berserker rage and so Yuldra and Faumar were thought to be a good fit to nurture and teach her how to deal with her loss in a productive way.

After the years of training Imarra returned to reunite with her family and childhood friend. Anxious Imarra tried to befriend Fyerra while catching up with her parents. Learning of Borigar's loneliness while she was missing, Imarra decided to not let their reunation be delayed for however long it took him to return from his Dajemma and set out herself.
With all the time passed Imarra wondered how her old playmate changed after all these years. (Intending for Borigar to be the cohort for when Imarra gets the Leadership Feat)
