Background: When asked about her background, Avisis Strangelight will only give her origin: the port city Nyth, found in Thesk along the coast of the Sea of Fallen Stars. Since leaving the city, she has traveled widely in search of mercenary work to hone her magical prowess. In between jobs, she tends to work as a librarian in whatever city she is in, using the time to study magic and—having celestial blood herself—the nature of celestial beings.

Appearance: Avis has pale skin that takes on a silvery sheen in certain light. Her eyes are a piercing pale green. Her hair is long and black, typically worn loose. Her clothing tends to be a higher quality than one would expect from a traveler.

Personality: Avis is somewhat reserved, keeping her motives and feelings to herself. She is slow to trust others, though she may take on allies should the situation demand it. She favors her own desires above those of others, and dislikes being tied down by laws and moral codes.
